These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coverage Check tool operated by PJ Muñoz, a licensed financial advisor based in Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines. By using the Coverage Check, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

The service

Coverage Check is a free educational tool that produces a personalized Coverage Snapshot — an estimate of the types and amounts of protection that may be relevant to your situation, based on the information you provide.

Estimates only — not a quotation or guarantee

The figures shown by the Coverage Check are estimates for educational purposes only. They are not an insurance quotation, an application, a proposal, or a promise or guarantee of coverage or approval. Actual products, benefits, premiums, and eligibility depend on the insurer's underwriting and the products available at the time. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any specific insurance or financial product.

Not a substitute for professional advice

The Coverage Check does not, by itself, constitute personalized financial, insurance, legal, or tax advice, and using it does not create an advisor-client relationship. You should not make financial decisions based solely on the snapshot. We encourage you to discuss your situation with PJ Muñoz or another qualified professional before deciding.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Coverage Check.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Because the snapshot is based on that information, inaccurate or incomplete inputs will produce inaccurate estimates.

Intellectual property

The Coverage Check tool, its content, and its design are owned by PJ Muñoz and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Third-party services

Booking a consultation is handled by Calendly, and email delivery by Resend. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJ Muñoz shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Coverage Check or the estimates it provides.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
